How to delete your account

Delete from the app. If you still have the Nuli-Nuli Eatery app installed, open Profile → Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Use this page if you no longer have the app. Fill in the form below using the phone number and email address linked to your account, then submit your request.

Submit your request. Requests submitted through this page are reviewed within 7 business days. We may verify account ownership before completing the request, and you will be notified by email when deletion is complete.

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. When deletion is completed, your account/profile information, saved addresses, preferences, location information associated with your account, notification identifiers, and other personal account data will be deleted. Order records may be retained for up to 2 years where necessary for accounting, support, legal, tax or legitimate business purposes, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
